An announcement from the Ethnic Bazaar committee:

Going someplace exotic or distant over the Winter Break? The multicultural Fair’s Ethnic Bazaar needs small, unique cultural items to sell at this year’s event on March 22, 2014.

Favorite items are those that appeal to the full range of ages and would sell for low to moderate prices ($1 to $20).

In the past, popular items have been handcrafted toys and jewelry, scarves, teas and home decor (especially that lends itself to dorm rooms).

This year we are adding books to the selection, such as small regional cookbooks or books of folktales or culture. These items would be donated to the Ethnic Bazaar, and then sold at cost.

If you have items to contribute, please contact Susan Ficcadenti at (714) 815-8395 and she will arrange to have someone meet you at Sage Hill to pick them up. Thanks so much, and happy travels!
